This is my first post from the WordPress.com Windows 8 app (available from the Windows Store). It’s actually quite good, has a clean interface but has a lot of functionality. Let me demonstrate some of that functionality by creating a list of functionality that is missing, and that I’d like:
- The ability to post to more than one blog - I have several blogs linked to my account, but I can only seem to post to one. I did choose this one during setup, but it’s still annoying
- Access to notifications
- The ability to schedule and save posts as drafts!!
- View our
subscribed blogs’ posts‘Reader’ - A better ‘snap’ view
- The ability to view any blogs, not just Freshly Pressed ones
That’s just some of the things I would like in the future. Otherwise, it’s a great app.
